Asghar objects to Ruperra Castle Estate Planning Application

Mohammad Asghar, Assembly Member for South East Wales, has written to Caerphilly Council to object to plans to convert outbuildings into seven residential units.

 

Mr Asghar said:

“I have written to Caerphilly Council to object to this planning application.

Asghar raises car parking charges at Tredegar Park

Mohammad Asghar, Assembly Member for South East Wales, has asked for a statement from the Minister for Housing and Local Government on what guidelines are issued to local authorities in Wales regarding car parking charges.

Mohammad Asghar, Assembly Member for South East Wales, has called on the Education Minister to make a statement on school examination results in Wales.

 

This follows concerns raised by ESTYN that schools may be nor progressing pupils to improve exam data.

 

Asghar welcomes results of poll on M4 Relief Road

Mohammad Asghar, Assembly Member for South East Wales, today welcomed the results of an opinion poll on an M4 relief road.

 

The poll revealed that almost twice as many people in Wales believe an M4 relief road should be built around Newport as disagree.
